The option to purchase the Teachers Employment Agency Digital card is provided to the candidates at the time of registration of biodata on the web site. In case if the option to purchase the card is not selected then Identity card will not be issued to the candidate by the authorities of the organization.

However, the postage/ courier charges shall be payable by the candidate separately.
As the database of Teachers Employment Agency is confidential and exclusively for the use of educational institutions. These educational institutions are not provided with the following details:-
a) NAME OF THE CANDIDATE
b) FATHERS/HUSBAND NAME
c) DATE OF BIRTH
d) ADDRESS
e) CONTACT DETAILS
f) PRESENT EMPLOYERS.
If a particular candidate is selected by the education institute by short listing of the registration number. It is here that the Teachers Employment Agency Digital Identity card acts as proof of identity along-with registration number mentioned on this card.
